Shipping & Returns



All our domestic packages are posted with Australia post or Sendle couriers using regular postage and comes with tracking information.

Please allow between 1-2 weeks for all our handmade range to be made to order prior to posting. If items are required by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering. 

Once your item has been made and posted you will receive an email providing you with tracking numbers and details. Please ensure you provide the correct email address when checking out with your purchase so we can contact you if required. 

A signature on delivery postage option is available for domestic packages and can be selected at checkout.


All international packages are sent using Australia Post. All international packages are sent with tracked post and you will be provided with a tracking number. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to inquire about postage times to your country. 

For international packages please note any duty tax or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by us. 


We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us asap to discuss. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase upon arrival or if your items arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss.
